General Terms and Conditions
in2Reality

1. General – Scope
These GTC apply to all business relationships between in2reality GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “in2reality”) and its customers. in2reality exclusively sells products to entrepreneurs in accordance with § 14 BGB. Sales to consumers are excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies; the UN Sales Convention does not apply.
2. Copyright & Use of 3D Data Models
All copyrights to created 3D models and visualized content belong to in2reality. Use is only permitted with explicit agreement. Modifications or transfers are only allowed with written consent. A clearly visible copyright notice “in2reality GmbH” is required. in2reality reserves the right to use created works for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
3. Contract Conclusion & Delivery
Offers from in2reality are non-binding. Acceptance of an order occurs through written confirmation or delivery. The risk is transferred to the customer upon handover to the transport service provider. Partial deliveries are permitted.
4. Payment & Default
Unless otherwise agreed, a down payment of 25% is due upon order placement, with the remaining amount payable upon invoicing. In the event of default, default interest of 5% above the base interest rate will be charged. Offsetting is only possible with undisputed or legally established claims.
5. Retention of Title
The delivered products remain the property of in2reality until full payment is made. The customer is obligated to assign claims to in2reality in the event of resale.
6. Liability & Warranty
in2reality is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days. In the event of defects, in2reality will provide rectification or replacement at its discretion. The warranty period is 12 months.
7. Final Provisions
The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of in2reality. Changes to these GTC must be made in writing. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the GTC remains valid.
