Volksbank Münsterland Nord eG – a mission statement that becomes the benchmark for our daily actions.
Volksbank Münsterland Nord eG has succeeded in creating a contemporary mission statement. The aim is for employees, members and customers to be able to identify with it in the long term and for it to become the benchmark for daily activities. The cooperative values of partnership, regionality, responsibility and sustainability play a particularly important role here.
How was the mission statement created?

Our task in the collaboration with Volksbank Münsterland Nord eG was to convert the newly created mission statement into a digital form in order to make the communication of the content lively and interesting.
Using a 360° application, we created a digital platform that enables the user to interactively experience the four core areas of the mission statement – employees, members & customers, region and services & quality – following the personal address by the Management Board. Each mission statement room is presented personally by a mission statement ambassador. Videos, galleries and further information are also available.
When the digital platform was published to present the new mission statement, the various themed rooms were gradually opened up to employees, who were then able to interactively develop and experience the content. We designed the application in such a way that employees, customers and interested parties can access the content via desktop, smartphone or tablet. The immersive nature of the application and the available content encourages users to spend more time in the application than originally intended. As a result, Volksbank has the added value that those affected engage all the more intensively with the content and values of the new mission statement.
This project shows once again why Volksbank Münsterland Nord eG is so special.
